With reference to the land at 131–133 Union Street, Windsor:
(1) On which date did the Minister give approval for Swinburne University to sell the land.
(2) On which date was the land gifted to Swinburne University under s 36(6)(a) of the Swinburne University Act 2010.
(3) Was the gifting of the land to Swinburne University subject to any conditions, limitations or restrictions.
